Effective facilitation can achieve great results in many different areas.

Through facilitation I’ll help you find out what you want (because it’s not always obvious) and we will make a plan on how we will get there. My job is to ensure that: the group stays on track and works well together, I bring out the best in everyone, our time together is a success and you are motivated and energised to achieve your goals.

If you have a challenge or opportunity in areas such as:

• Business planning and strategy
• Team dynamics and development
• Creative thinking and idea generation
• Running a complex meeting
• Thinking about the future and testing out how it will affect you and your product/service
• Pitches and presentations
• Skills development (facilitation skills, giving feedback, mentoring, assertiveness, presentation skills)

Then contact me to discuss it further.

"Every time we work with Rachel we learn more about ourselves as a company and we seem to take a big step forward as a team. Rachel's charming but firm management of our precious time together always seems to have the team ready to work better and take suprising and decisive steps forward in new and exciting directions."
Meredith Chamber, Creative Director, Twenty Twenty TV

"I just wanted to let you know that the presentation course has had a really positive effect for me at work. I have recently presented in a sign off, a rather intimidating environment, to heads of department and directors and my monthly departmental presentations have been going a lot better. A big part of this was accepting that, as you said, I may never feel comfortable or rid myself of the shakes and blushes but that I can get on and do it anyway. The most surprising thing that has happened without me realising it is that I have stopped agonising about presenting for days and weeks before. It sounds silly to say but the amount of angst I was having previously when I knew I had to present caused me real stress for weeks. Taking control of the situation and making strides to change this through the methods in your course has really helped me to keep a lid on that anxiety and appreciate that actually presenting can be your chance to shine and be in the spotlight."
Jennifer Heath, Buyers Assistant at ASOS.

"From the minute she walked in the door and met the management team Rachel seemed to understand what we wanted from our team Away Day.
She also challenged us on some of our ideas and brought together a programme that satisfied our initial outcome goals, in a subtle style we hadn't thought possible.
Her calm, professional and friendly approach on the day put the team at ease and allowed them to express themselves and reflect in a way they had never felt comfortable doing on previous Away Days with other facilitators.
She was essentially efficient, knowledgeable, approachable, and good value.
Feedback from all of the team has been positive. I highly recommend her as a facilitator for this kind of team event."
Alice Fracer, GP Principal, Cavendish Health Centre.

“Rachel Gilmore is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. She has a charming and quietly confident exterior that belies a steely determination to get the very best from her client without making them feel inadequate or lacking in any way. Her lightness of touch ensures that you feel like it’s a collaboration rather than a training session.”
Mary Fitzpatrick, Diversity Executive, BBC.

Rachel bought dynamic leadership to a team of disparate individuals from 4 offices to prepare a focused and co-ordinated project sales pitch."
Chris Abell, Director, RMJM Architects.

“A huge contributing factor to the success of the cascade project was down to the collaboration and direction from Rachel Gilmore. Her energy, enthusiasm and knowledge for team dynamics are unique and contagious. The way she managed to get disparate individuals to come together to define their own group values and process was inspiring for the participants, tutors and practitioners alike. The positive feedback from tutors and students was unanimous which is a testament to her strength and experience. It was great for onedotzero to work with Rachel and would recommend her talent to anyone in the creative industries. We look forward to working with her again in the near future.”
Sophie Walter, Head of Operations and Production, Onedotzero.
